Minified preprocessed COMBAT dataset

scRNA-seq data of a blood atlas of COVID-19 for 140 patients, containing 784k cells (PBMCs) in total for 3k highly-variable genes. This is a minified version of the corresponding Kaggle dataset, where we removed normalized data and some .obs columns. Please see the original publication for more information.
