Migration bottlenecks are any portion of a mule deer and antelope migration corridor where animals are significantly restricted physically or behaviorally. Maintaining safe movement through the bottleneck is critical to the corridor remaining intact. Within the Baggs herd corridor, one bottleneck was identified within the corridor. The area in the Corridor that has been identified as a bottleneck is associated with highway wildlife crossings.
