CNIR_Optogenetic and resting-state mouse fMRI

Mouse functional MRI datasets used in Moon et al, 2025, PNAS, "Interhemispheric Resting-State Functional Connectivity Correlates with Spontaneous Neural Interactions" (under revision). Datasets include: 1) 15.2 T resting-state fMRI in C57BL/6 mice (N=20) and 2) 9.4T patterned optogenetic fMRI in Thy1-ChR2-eYFP (N=12) and VGAT-ChR2-eYFP (N=12). All fMRI data were obtained under dexmedetomidine and isoflurane anesthesia. Details can be found in Data description.docx. Moon_et_al_polysynaptic_matrix.Zip contains a custom MATLAB code and functions to generate the polysynaptic connectivity matrix presented in Figure 5 in the publication.
