LncRNA expression profile in gastric cancer specimens and adjacent noncancerous tissues

We implemented lncRNA microarray analysis in 5 paired gastric cancer tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues to identify differential expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs in gastric cancer. The global expression profile of lncRNA and mRNA was detected with total RNA from 5 paired gastric cancer and adjacent noncancerous tissues using LncRNA + mRNA Human Gene Expression Microarray V4.0. The RNA from gastric cancer tissue were labeled with Cy5 dye and those of adjacent tissues were labeled with Cy3 dye as a reference.
