we combined intestinal microflora with miRNA transcriptome for the first time to explore the molecular regulation mechanism of miRNAs in mediating intestinal mucosal immunity. Through the multi-omics analysis of intestinal microflora diversity in C. auratus induced by R. aquatilis infection, provides a new idea for elucidating the mechanism of intestinal inflammation and immune response-mediated miRNA-target genes axis in cyprinid fish.
