Replication Data for: Optical and simulated visual outcomes of two presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses tested in clinically relevant decentration and tilt conditions

This dataset comes from an experimental study using an optical bench and an artificial eye model. The aim was to evaluate the optical image quality and simulated visual acuity of two intraocular lenses (EDOF and Trifocal) under aligned and misaligned conditions. Two levels of decentration (0.2 mm and 0.4 mm) and two tilt angles (2° and 4°) were tested. Measurements were taken based on the Through-focus and modulation transfer function (MTF), considering average corneal spherical aberration and two pupil diameters (3.0 mm and 4.5 mm).
