收藏资源简介:
The Regional Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESER) is an assembly of representatives of civil society, appointed by the Prefect, drawn equally from 3 colleges (companies and self-employed professional activities, trade union organizations of employees, organizations and associations participating in the collective life of the Region) and a 4th college composed of qualified personalities. It has an advisory role to the Regional Council (production of reports and opinions). The term of office is six years. The Bureau of the CESER is renewed every three years and traditionally has a strategic function because it is within it that the broad guidelines of the Assembly are discussed and it can also vote on certain opinions listed in the Rules of Procedure. The installation session for the 10th term of office of the CESER Hauts-de-France took place on 11 January 2024. The 41 members of the Bureau were elected. Members were asked to join the bodies proposed by President Degroote: the work was organised into 14 thematic commissions and two Foresight and Inequality – Poverty – Precarity sections (particularity of the CESER Hauts-de-France) made up of two thirds of the members of the assembly and one third of external personalities appointed by the Prefect on a proposal from the president of the CESER and after validation by the president of the region and the Bureau. to find out more: https://ceser.hautsdefrance.fr
