本次登记数据来源为广州市白云区12345热线智慧办理系统自行生产。上述系统由我单位于2022年启动建设，依托平台算法模型，对涉及城市治理、公共服务、生态环境保护、市场监管、经济社会发展、营商环境等政府治理各领域的热线事项进行分析，汇聚共计4690个话题，从安心、安乐、安康、安居四个指标构建居民福祉指数体系，指数指标可供区委区政府及有关部门作为决策依据，提升白云居民幸福指数。

This registration dataset is self-generated by the 12345 Hotline Smart Handling System of Baiyun District, Guangzhou. The system, launched by our institution for development in 2022, leverages the platform's algorithmic models to analyze hotline matters across all fields of government governance, including urban governance, public services, ecological environmental protection, market regulation, economic and social development, and business environment. It has accumulated a total of 4,690 topics, and established a resident well-being index system based on four indicators: peace of mind, daily comfort, health and wellness, and stable housing. The index system can serve as a decision-making reference for the CPC Baiyun District Committee, the Baiyun District People's Government and relevant departments, so as to enhance the well-being and happiness of residents in Baiyun District.
