This series consists of correspondence relating to Certificates of Service awarded to councillors who have provided their services to the Lower Clarence County Council and community organisations. Correspondence consists mainly of letters of invitation to councillors to attend functions where they will receive their awards and letters to the Shires Association requesting certificates for those nominated by council.
