Vehicle registrations

Registration and information for all vehicles, trailers, caravans and motorcycles registered in Queensland. The resources in this dataset include information about the vehicle make, year, colour, category, body shape, fuel type etc.

Vehicle registration by suburb resource has the numbers of vehicles registered in the Queensland categorised by the suburb of their recorded garaging address.

Vehicle registration data has been divided into a number of separate resources due to a large number of records in the following categories:

1. Light vehicles (which includes ambulances, hearses, mini vans, motor home, passenger car etc.) has been divided into five parts

2. Other vehicles (which includes trailers, trucks, caravans, wheelchair etc.) has been divided into two parts

Please note, all of the below resources exclude seasonal registrations.
