资源简介:
The tolerance of Canavalia ensiformis, Mucuna pruriens and Urochloa brizantha to imazapic is recognized. Since imazapic has a long residual effect in the soil, this work was conducted to investigate the capacity of plant species to decontaminate soils contaminated with imazapic. Four doses of imazapic (0, 87.5, 175 and 350 g ha-1) were applied to soil samples, which were later cultivated with C. ensiformis, M. pruriens and U. brizantha. The phytotoxicity, height and dry mass of the tested plants were evaluated. Samples of plant tissue and soil were collected for chemical analysis of the residue. Sorghum bicolor was also used to estimate the residual effect of imazapic by bioassay.
