Tradefeeds Insider Transactions API

Insider Transactions API is a user-friendly tool for getting data on insider transactions that corporate insiders file on SEC. Executives, directors, officers and individuals who own more than 10% of the company’s shares, must submit their filings to SEC to announce the purchases, sales or holding of a company's securities. Upon changes in the ownership of the securities, corporate insiders must report the insider trades within 2 days. It is necessary that they specify exactly the type of security traded since insider trading activity pertains to common stock, options and warrants. Tradefeeds offers insider transactions data either via JSON REST API, or via downloadable databases in CSV or Excel format. Insider trades data includes data on SEC Filings 3,4 and 5.
