Elucidation of the chromatin accessibility changes due to non-coding RNAs in therapy-resistant ER-positive breast cancer

The project aims to elucidate the chromatin accessibility changes in hormone therapy-resistant estrogen receptor (ER)-positive breast cancer cells, by comparing ATAC-seq. LTED (long term estrogen deprivation) cells derived from human ER-positive breast cancer cell line, MCF7 cells overexpress Eleanor non-coding RNAs including Eleanor2. LTED cells with Eleanor2 KD (LTED cells treated with antisense oligonucleotide for targeting the Eleanor2) were used.
