The Effect of Mindfulness on Mobile Phone Addiction in College Students

The datasset is used to construct a moderated mediation model with neuroticism and boredom as mediating variables and epidemic as moderating variables, investigate the positive effects of mindfulness on mobile phone addiction and its mechanism. The results showed that mindfulness negatively predicted mobile phone addiction in college students，neuroticism and boredom played a parallel and chain mediating role between them. The epidemic moderated the relationship between neuroticism and boredom, and the epidemic moderated the relationship between neuroticism and boredom.
