Replication data for: Growth and vegetable yield of Amaranthus hybridus L. as impacted by harvest methods in southern Ontario, Canada

The primary objective of this study was to evaluate which harvest techniques are the most effective at optimizing both yield and quality of A. hybridus in southern Ontario. These results may increase the potential to grow more vegetable amaranth in southern Ontario and may be used in further studies on this crop.
