Efficacy and mechanism of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on zebrafish tail fin regeneration

The polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum is the main active ingredient in Ganoderma lucidum, which has antioxidant activity, immune-enhancing activity and cell protection. However, for regeneration studies, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide mainly focuses on phenotypic changes and corresponding oxidative stress detection and lacks a systematic explanation of the mechanism of action. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of purified polysaccharide of Ganoderma lucidum (GLP-1) on the regeneration of the caudal fin of zebrafish skin.
