The Human Protein Atlas Pathology Database is a cancer-focused resource under the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) program, dedicated to human cancer proteomics research. This database contains mRNA expression data for 21 cancer types, immunohistochemistry (IHC) data for 20 cancer types, and mass spectrometry (MS) data for 11 cancer types. It provides millions of IHC-stained tissue section images and Kaplan-Meier survival curves, which are used to analyze the correlation between gene expression and the survival of cancer patients.
