The dataset is developed based on three initial data sources: follow-up reports submitted by village and community cadres of the People's Government of Yinzhuang Town, voluntary declarations from relatives, and feedbacks from public supervision. Subsequent supplementary confirmation is conducted by the town-level government through annual reviews and on-site household verifications. Cross-validation is further implemented by coordinating with household cancellation data from public security authorities and funeral and cremation records from civil affairs departments. Additionally, health authorities perform verification by combining data from the family award and support system and leveraging inter-departmental information sharing.
