The Zip file contains:
(1) the position time series used for Dataset A and B (folder TimeSeries). Within the folder you’ll find:
-a file with the stations names (e.g. file Dataset_A_TS_StnName.txt)
-a file with the stations coordinates (Lon/Lat/Height (km)) (e.g. file Dataset_A_TS_StnCoord.txt)
-a file with the timeline (in decimal year) (e.g. file Dataset_A_TS_timeline.txt)
-a file with the GNSS time series (in mm) (e.g. file Dataset_A_TS_TimeSeries.txt)
-a file with the variance of the time series (in mm) (e.g. file Dataset_A_TS_TimeSeries_var.txt)
(2) the results from the ICA (folder Results_ICA). Within the folder you’ll find:
-a file with the stations names (e.g. file Dataset_A_StnName.txt)
-a file with the stations coordinates (Lon/Lat/Height (km)) (e.g. file Dataset_A_StnCoord.txt)
-a file with the timeline (in decimal year) (e.g. file Dataset_A_timeline.txt)
-a file with the spatial components of ICA 1 (8 and 9 components in total for dataset A and B, respectively) (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA1_SpatialComp.txt) and ICA 2 (15 and 13 components in total for dataset A and B, respectively) (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA2_SpatialComp.txt).
-a file with the variance associated with the spatial components for ICA 1 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA1_SpatialComp_VAR.txt) and ICA 2 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA2_SpatialComp_VAR.txt).
-a file with the temporal components of ICA 1 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA1_TemporalComp.txt) and ICA 2 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA2_TemporalComp.txt).
-a file with the variance associated with the temporal components for ICA 1 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA1_TemporalComp_Var .txt) and ICA 2 (e.g. file Dataset_A_ICA2_TemporalComp_Var.txt).
(3) the faults’ geometries (folder Fault_Geom). Within the folder you’ll find:
-a file with the geometry of the Hikurangi subduction megathrust (e.g. file FaultGeom_Hikurangi.txt). The file is divided in 2 parts, one with the information about the nodes of the faults (i.e. VRTX, node_ID, Lon, Lat, Depth (km)) and the other giving the information on which nodes (i.e. VRTX) is associated with each subfault (i.e. TRGL). Each subfault is triangular and is thus associated with 3 VRTX.
-a file with the coarse geometry of the Kaikoura crustal faults (e.g. file FaultGeom_Kaikoura.txt). There are only 3 rectangular subfaults. The coordinates of each subfault are given after the symbol > (Lon/Lat/Depth (km)).
(4) the slip history on the Hikurangi subduction megathrust (folder SlipHistory). Within the folder you’ll find:
-a file with the slip history between 2009 and the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake (in mm) (Slip_History_Dataset_A.txt) and another with its associated timeline (timeline_Dataset_A_ForSlip.txt).
- a file with the slip history between the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake and 2023 (in mm) (Slip_History_Dataset_B.txt) and another with its associated timeline (timeline_Dataset_B_ForSlip.txt).
(5) a file with the 225 000 inter-SSE coupling models (step_final.h5 in folder Coupling)
(6) a file with the 225 000 SSEs cumulative slip models (step_final.h5 in folder CumuSlipSSE)
