Effects of Alexandrium pacificum exposure on Exopalaemon carinicauda

This study focused on the hepatopancreas as the target organ to investigate the impact of Alexandrium pacificum exposure on Exopalaemon carinicauda. For this purpose, E. carinicauda were subjected to two experimental conditions: a control group (CK) maintained in normal seawater and a treatment group (TM) exposed to A. pacificum. The experiment lasted for 7 days, during which transcriptome profiles were analyzed.
