SprinzlMap manuscript data (v1.0.0)

Versioned data package for the manuscript SprinzlMap: an auditable scientific agent for tRNA Sprinzl-coordinate mapping. The archive contains: (i) the frozen 2,530-sequence benchmark cohort and its residue-level reference coordinates; (ii) frozen outputs of the manuscript run and of the control workflows, including per-sequence records, attempts and checkpoints; (iii) the Source Data workbook and the machine-readable tables used for Figures 2-6; (iv) the runtime template library and the numbering covariance models, so the core workflow can be run without a separate template database; (v) the manuscript figures and the structural-model inputs and outputs; and (vi) the dual-fluorescence readthrough measurements. A SHA-256 manifest (MANIFEST.tsv) covers every payload file, and the SHA-256 and MD5 digests of the download are distributed with the archive. Source code is distributed separately at https://github.com/Lovelumine/SprinzlMap under the v1.0.0 release. Third-party files retain their upstream licenses; in particular, the covariance models under templates/trnaviz/ are unmodified GPL-3.0 files from the tRNAviz project and are distributed under that license.
