Dissociative Subtype of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Scale (DSPS) Ukrainian Version Validation Dataset

This dataset contains de-identified, item-level and derived measures used in the validation and applied analyses of the Ukrainian version of the Dissociative Subtype of PTSD Scale (DSPS) in a trauma-exposed Ukrainian sample. The file includes: (i) DSPS lifetime and current endorsements with per-item frequency and severity ratings and binary thresholds; (ii) PC-PTSD-5 screening items for current PTSD; (iii) sleep quality indices (global PSQI and items); and (iv) basic demographics and war-exposure indicators. These data enable replication of prevalence estimates, subscale scoring (Derealization/Depersonalization; Loss of Awareness; Psychogenic Amnesia), and construction of current dissociative-subtype flags. Variables are provided in English/Latin column names; many content values are in Ukrainian (e.g., response labels for some PSQI/contexts).
