Dissociative Subtype of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Scale (DSPS) Ukrainian Version Validation Dataset

This dataset contains de-identified, item-level and derived measures used in the validation and applied analyses of the Ukrainian version of the Dissociative Subtype of PTSD Scale (DSPS) in a trauma-exposed Ukrainian sample. The file includes: (i) DSPS lifetime and current endorsements with per-item frequency and severity ratings and binary thresholds; (ii) PC-PTSD-5 screening items for current PTSD; (iii) sleep quality indices (global PSQI and items); and (iv) basic demographics and war-exposure indicators. These data enable replication of prevalence estimates, subscale scoring (Derealization/Depersonalization; Loss of Awareness; Psychogenic Amnesia), and construction of current dissociative-subtype flags. Variables are provided in English/Latin column names; many content values are in Ukrainian (e.g., response labels for some PSQI/contexts).本数据集包含经去标识化处理的条目级数据与衍生指标，用于创伤暴露乌克兰人群样本中创伤后应激障碍分离亚型量表（Dissociative Subtype of PTSD Scale, DSPS）乌克兰语版本的验证性与应用性分析。该文件包含以下内容：(i) DSPS条目终身与当前赞同情况，含条目频次评分、严重程度评分及二分阈值；(ii) 用于当前创伤后应激障碍筛查的PC-PTSD-5条目；(iii) 睡眠质量指标（总体匹兹堡睡眠质量指数[PSQI]及其条目）；(iv) 基本人口学特征与战争暴露相关指标。本数据集可支持患病率估计值的重复验证、分量表计分（现实感丧失/人格解体；意识丧失；心因性遗忘）以及当前分离亚型标识的构建。变量采用英文/拉丁列名；多数内容值为乌克兰语（例如部分PSQI条目及相关场景的应答标签）。
