Serogroup derived by WGS for L.monocytogenes

In this study WGS data of L. monocytogenes was analyzed using cgMLST. The returned allelic profiles of 169 Isolates were analyzed for serogroup specific targets. 35 targets form a pattern which can be applied to samples of previously unknown serogroup to identify the serogroup. Additionally the Multiplex PCR genes were extracted from WGS data to return the serogroup.
