Scaffold anchoring dataset of Labeo catla genetic linkage map (CF11 family)

This dataset contains the scaffold anchoring results derived from the high-density SNP-based genetic linkage map of Labeo catla (CF11 mapping family). Scaffolds were anchored to linkage groups based on SNP marker alignment to the reference genome assembly. The dataset provides the final processed scaffold-to-linkage group assignments used for genome anchoring analysis.The file includes:- Scaffold identifier- Assigned linkage group (LG1–LG25)- Scaffold length in base pairs (bp)Each scaffold is listed once (deduplicated), representing the final anchoring result after filtering and validation.This dataset supports the manuscript: "First high-density SNP-based genetic linkage map and genome scaffold anchoring in Labeo catla"The data enable reproduction of the following:- Number of scaffolds anchored per linkage group- Total anchored genome length per linkage group- Genome coverage statistics reported in the manuscriptFile format: CSV (comma-separated values)
