ABXs exposure RNAseq

One mutant in the gene hisG that showed considerable changes in the level of MDR was selected among the sequenced mutants retrieved under each exposure condition. The mutant and the WT strain were grown to an OD600 of 0.8 in 5 mL LB broth. The cultures were treated with ceftazidime antibiotic. OneThe WT strain without antibiotic exposure served as the control. Three biological replicates were performed for the two strains. The cultures were allowed to grow for 4 h, and the cell pellets were collected by centrifugation.
