HiRID

HiRID is a freely accessible intensive care dataset. It contains data associated with nearly 34,000 patient admissions to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of University Hospital Bern, Switzerland, which is a 60-bed interdisciplinary unit that receives over 6,500 patients annually. This ICU provides comprehensive modern interdisciplinary intensive care for adult patients. The dataset was developed through a collaboration between ETH Zurich and this ICU. It includes 681 routinely collected physiological variables, diagnostic test results and treatment parameters from nearly 34,000 admitted patients between January 2008 and June 2016. The data is stored with a unique high temporal resolution, with one record logged every two minutes.
