本数据集收集整理了2000–2015年中国区域公开发表的生态系统碳交换通量的文献资料，构建了中国区域典型陆地生态系统生产力和呼吸数据集。本数据集涵盖了森林、草地、农田和湿地等的57个典型陆地生态系统的总初级生产力、生态系统呼吸和净生产力的实测记录。此外，还包含了气候区、植被类型、年均气温和年总降水量等生物和气候信息。本数据集的建立与共享，可为区域生态系统固碳效益评估、生态环境承载力评价、全球变化研究以及生物地球化学循环模型的优化提供重要的数据支持。

This dataset compiles and curates published literature on terrestrial ecosystem carbon exchange fluxes in China from 2000 to 2015, and develops a dataset of productivity and respiration for typical terrestrial ecosystems across China. This dataset contains in-situ measured records of Gross Primary Productivity (GPP), Ecosystem Respiration (Re), and Net Primary Productivity (NPP) for 57 typical terrestrial ecosystems including forests, grasslands, croplands, and wetlands. In addition, it also includes biological and climatic information such as climate zone, vegetation type, mean annual temperature (MAT), and total annual precipitation (TAP). The development and public sharing of this dataset can provide critical data support for the assessment of regional ecosystem carbon sequestration benefits, evaluation of eco-environmental carrying capacity, global change research, and optimization of biogeochemical cycle models.
