资源简介:
This study investigates the effects of probiotic, prebiotic, and synbiotic supplementation on the cecal microbiota of broiler chickens during experimental necrotic enteritis challenge. Necrotic enteritis, primarily caused by Clostridium perfringens, is a major enteric disease in poultry production and contributes to significant economic losses and reduced performance. This study includes eight experimental groups: Probiotic (A), Low Prebiotic (B), High Prebiotic (C), Low Synbiotic (D), High Synbiotic (E), Antibiotic (F), Positive Control (G), and Negative Control (H). Each group consists of seven individual broiler chickens, resulting in a total of 56 biological samples in Trial 1.
