Gene expression profile at single cell level of embryonic cells at postimplantation stage both in vivo and ex vivo.

We have newly established a novel ex vivo implantation system. To verify the ex vivo postimplantation embyonic gene expression profile in comparison with in vivo, we performed single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq). Overall design: The embryos at E4.5 in vivo and at 24h ex vivo were isolated with a glass capillary.Then, the dissociated cells were processed for scRNA-seq and the gene expression prollifes were compared.
