Resolution, validation and divergence of heterozygous haplotypes from pooled long read sequencing of the diamondback moth (Lepidoptera: Plutellidae)

This data sets includes the full set of intermediate genome assemblies produced during our analyses. We make these available for researchers who may be interested in the variation between assembly results and variation within the study organism (Plutella xylostella) prior to removal during subsequent genome processing.
