Sequencing of AsPC-1 cells with CYP3A5 expression modulation

Purpose: To understand the transcriptome-wide effect of CYP3A5 knockdown or over-expression in AsPC-1 cells Methods: We obtained expression profiles of cancer cell line AsPC-1 by RNA-sequencing in various conditions. mRNA profiles of each cell line were obtaiend in triplicate using Illumina-based RNA-Sequencing.
