We examined the therapeutic mechanisms of Quizartinib and Omacetaxine Mepesuccinate (QUIZOM) in FLT3-ITD AML. The results of Cancer Dependency Map (DepMap) and RNA sequencing data analysis were provided here. Specifically, we compared FLT3-ITD AML cell lines versus FLT3-wildtype AML cell lines in terms of gene knock-out effect and identified key pathways that FLT3-ITD AML cells depended on by gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). In-vitro treatment of Quizartinib and Omacetaxine Mepesuccinate was conducted in MOLM13 and MV4-11 cell lines, and RNA-seq data was analyzed for differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and pathway enrichment.
