Within the dataset you can find the raster data (.asc) used for the optimization procedure to create resistance models for both years (1990/2018). Raster layers show the different landscape variables used in the study which were initially obtained from CORINE as it is explained in the manuscript. There is also a Genepop file containing the data related with microsatellites amplification (11 polymorphic microsatellites) for each individual at the different areas of study. Additional text files contains both matrix, genetic (Dps) and euclidean geographic (kilometers) distances between each pair of individuals sampled. With all this data it is possible to run resistanceGA analyses, as the ones explained in the article, in order to obtain the potential impact of the environment on gene flow.
