MD trajectories to accompany "Dynamics of the mu-opioid receptor in complex with Gi protein"

System coordinates (gro files) and trajectory frames (xtc files) from plain molecular dynamics simulations of the mu-opioid receptor (MOR) embedded in a POPC membrane, surrounded by water and ions, coupled to the Gi protein with (closed) and without (open) GDP. gromacs-2021.3 was used to perform the simulations.本数据集包含嵌入于POPC膜、周围环绕水分子与离子的μ阿片受体（mu-opioid receptor，MOR）的经典分子动力学模拟体系的坐标文件（gro格式文件）与轨迹帧文件（xtc格式文件）；该体系分别与结合GDP（构象为闭合态）和未结合GDP（构象为开放态）的Gi蛋白偶联，所有模拟均通过GROMACS-2021.3软件完成。
