FLUXNET and LPJ-GUESS Benchmark Dataset (Example)

This dataset accompanies the canopy Python package and is designed to demonstrate the joint use of observational and model-based data within land surface analysis workflows. It contains two primary directories: fluxnet/ — a subset of site-level eddy covariance flux data from the FLUXNET network, directly downloaded from the FLUXNET website lpjg_output/ — a corresponding collection of simulated outputs generated by the LPJ-GUESS dynamic global vegetation model. These files are aligned in time and space with the FLUXNET sites. The dataset is intended for use in the example notebook fluxnet_demo.ipynb
