In the mining industry, performance requirements for grinding equipment vary across different mining areas and ore types, which not only affect ore processing efficiency but also directly impact the economic benefits and sustainable development of mines. Data related to grinding equipment for different mining areas and ore types is of great significance for improving ore processing efficiency, reducing energy consumption and costs, enhancing product quality and recovery rate, and supporting mine sustainable development. Therefore, enterprises attach great importance to the collection and analysis of such data, providing strong support for their scientific decision-making and sustainable development. Through production applications across multiple on-site locations, the rated power ($P_{rat}$) of the equipment is selected, and the operating power ($P_{op}$), process throughput ($m$), and operating power consumption ($W_{op}$) of the equipment are collected. Combined with the net grinding power consumption ($W_{net}$) obtained from the preliminary small-scale test of this production plant, the following formulas are derived: $W_{op} = frac{P_{rat} imes eta}{m} + W_{net}$, $P_{op} = W_{op} imes m$, where $eta$ is the power coefficient, which is determined based on different ore types combined with operational experience.
