Examination of STAT3 or CEBP beta binding by ChIP-seq in Crizotinib treated Anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Overall design: Genome-wide STAT3 or CEBP beta binding sites were measured in Anaplastic large cell lymphoma cell lines, JB6 and SUDHL-1 respectively treated with DMSO and Crizotinib. We sequenced anti-STAT3 and anti-CEBPb ChIP-seq as well as corresponding control (Input) libraries.
