通过客流摄像头获取温州地区各个城市书房出入人流数据，通过大数据分析得出各书房座位率以及各地区书房的人流密度，从而分析各地区人群的阅读行为习惯和节假日人群密度，用于同行业以及相关的图书资料产业的精准化和个性化服务和安全与应急管理、活动营销等，为文化产业上下游的发展提供数据支持，对于其他城市的文化场馆建设具有重要的借鉴意义。通过书房24小时客流人数分书房统计，按照每个时间节点，汇总得出总的incount=书房当日进馆人数和总的outcount=书房当日出馆人数，然后按照书房以及日期，按一样的方法分月和年汇总求得总的incount作为书房本月客流人次和书房今年客流人次。再按照公式书房座位使用率=（今天进馆总人数-今天出馆总人数）/书房座位数量*系数1，先判断当前时间如果在预设值启用时间外，则直接显示书房作为使用率，如果在预设值启用时间内，则按照结果>0时，则为实际书房座位使用率，否则为按照预设值的区间取一随机数

This dataset collects inbound and outbound passenger flow data of urban study rooms across Wenzhou using passenger flow cameras. Big data analysis is then applied to calculate the seat occupancy rate of each study room and the pedestrian density of study rooms in different regions, enabling analysis of the reading behavior habits of local populations and holiday pedestrian density patterns. This dataset supports precise and personalized services, safety and emergency management, event marketing, and other applications for the industry and related library and information sectors, providing data backing for the development of upstream and downstream cultural industry chains, and carries important reference value for the construction of cultural venues in other cities. Specifically, 24-hour passenger flow data is first counted per study room. At each time node, the total incount (number of people entering the study room on the same day) and total outcount (number of people leaving the study room on the same day) are aggregated. Then, following the same method, the total incount is aggregated monthly and annually for each study room and date, to obtain the total passenger trips of the study room in the current month and the current year. The seat utilization rate of the study room is calculated using the formula: Seat Utilization Rate = (Total Inbound People Today - Total Outbound People Today) / Number of Seats in the Study Room * Coefficient 1. Two cases are considered: if the current time is outside the preset activation period, the calculated seat utilization rate is directly displayed; if within the preset activation period, the calculated result is used as the actual seat utilization rate when it is greater than 0, otherwise a random number within the preset interval is generated as the seat utilization rate.
