Analysis of dominant species of microbial community in Heavy Metals Contaminated Farmland.

In order to understand the microbial community structure and dominant species of the heavily polluted farmland in Tongling mining area.In this study, 16s rDNA Illumina high-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the bacterial communities in polluted farms around the Shizishan mining area in Tongling City, and the dominant species were analyzed.
