A dataset of agricultural science and technology policy for knowledge graph in Yellow River basin（2018-2022）

As one of the most crucial agricultural regions in China, the Yellow River Basin encompasses significant areas such as the Yellow-Huai-Hai Plain and the Fen-Wei Plain, which play pivotal roles in the nation's agricultural production. Agricultural science and technology policy aims to guide and support the development of agricultural science and technology and promote innovation in the agricultural field, which is of great significance to agricultural development. At present, China's agricultural science and technology policy presents the characteristics of wide scope, wide source and surging quantity, but the lack of unified data integration platform and standardized format management causes difficulties in data collection. Constructing the knowledge graph of agricultural science and technology policy in the Yellow River Basin can help in organizing and showcasing the agricultural science and technology policy frameworks , so as to better understand the policy system structure and content. The dataset of agricultural science and technology policy for constructing the knowledge graph in the Yellow River Basin was generated through Python web scraping, involving the collection, cleaning, and integration of agricultural science and technology policy data. In the end, this effort resulted in a dataset encompassing 683 agricultural science and technology policies across nine provinces. Utilizing Neo4j, the graph visualization was achieved, featuring 794 entities, 1517 relationships, and 4811 attribute values. This dataset stands poised to provide valuable data support for the development of agricultural science and technology, policy formulation, and decision-making within the Yellow River Basin.
