Dataset for: Subcortical brain volumetric analysis in adolescents with chronic migraine without aura

Subcortical brain volhis dataset contains anonymized volumetric brain measurements derived from MRI scans of adolescents diagnosed with chronic migraine without aura (CMwoA) and age-matched healthy controls.

All volumetric data were obtained using the automated segmentation pipeline provided by VolBrain. Extracted variables include total intracranial volume (ICV), gray matter volume, brainstem volume, and subcortical structures such as thalamus, putamen, caudate, amygdala, and hypothalamus.

Clinical variables include age, sex, headache duration, headache frequency, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores, and Pediatric Migraine Disability Assessment (PedMIDAS) scores.

All data have been fully anonymized prior to sharing, and no personally identifiable information is included. This dataset is intended to support the findings of the associated research article and may be reused for academic and non-commercial purposes.
