GEP blockage by anti-GEP antibodies suppresses the expression of ES cell-related signaling molecules and ABCB5.

Hep3B cells were treated with anti-GEP monoclonal antibody (A23), mouse IgG isotype antibody (mIgG) (antibodies at 50 µg/ml) or without antibody (control, CTL) for 24 h. Protein expression of GEP, β-catenin, Oct4, Nanog, Sox2 and ABCB5 was measured by intracellular staining and analyzed by flow cytometry.
