RNA-seq results in the liver of female liver-specific Utx knockout mice treated with acetaminophen (APAP)

To understand key pathways and regulatory genes in female liver-specific Utx knockout mice treated with APAP Female liver-specific Utx knockout mice and their age-, sex- matched control mice were treated with 300mg/kg APAP. For each experimental group, two biological replicates of RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq. Each sample consists of a pool of RNAs extracted from liver of 2 different mice.
