综合性肿瘤遗传资源库是指为临床和科研部门收集、保存和管理肿瘤资源，为促进医疗和科研的发展提供服务。本资源库以随机抽样收集院内各种肿瘤病人及正常人群的血样，包括全血、血清和血细胞及肿瘤病人离体的组织标本等，同时完成采集相关地理环境信息、环境质量评价信息、卫生服务评价、特殊医学背景信息等资源相关数据。所有样本及其相关临床信息均录入数据库，为研究和治疗提供实验材料。
