Opinion on online shopping frequency MENAP 2020, by change

In 2020, 47 percent of the respondents in the surveyed countries in the Middle East and North Africa region and Pakistan stated that they expect their online shopping frequency to increase over the next year. The region which had been previously dominated by cash payments has seen a growing opportunity in the digital payment industry.
