Evaluation of Activities to Improve the Quality of Family Planning Services in Togo

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Breakthrough RESEARCH project conducted quantitative facility-based surveys in Togo to assess effectiveness of the West Africa Breakthrough ACTION and AmplifyPF integrated program on family planning service delivery outcomes. The facility-based survey included a facility assessment, provider survey, client observations and client exit interviews. The study was conducted in intervention and comparison facilities in Togo in December 2021. (Key words: family planning, Togo, health facility, quality improvement)
