PangyPlot Input - HPRC v1.1 minigraph-cactus (GRCh38 reference)

This dataset contains chromosome-level pangenome graphs from the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) minigraph-cactus outputs (GRCh38 reference). Each chromosome graph was converted to GFA format and processed with odgi layout to generate a 2D layout. Additionally, each graph includes a reference coordinate mapping file that assigns genomic positions to graph nodes. All files are provided per chromosome and packaged in a zipped archives.
