To study the association between p53 occupancy and promoters and putative enhancers genome-widely, we performed ChIP-seq of p53, H3K3me3 (histone mark for promoter), and H3K27ac (histone mark for active enhancer) in mouse embryonic stem cells with or without DNA damage. Overall design: Total seven samples: one input (mixed DNA from ES cells untreated and treated with Adriamycin) and six ChIP samples (p53_Ctr, p53_Adr8h, H3K4me3_Ctr, H3K4me3_Adr8h, H3K27ac_Ctr, and H3K27ac_Adr8h).
