Data and code for: Feeding a diurnal rodent (Ammospermophilus leucurus) at night induces weight loss and hypothermia and no food anticipatory activity

This deposit contains post-processed CSV data tables and R Markdown code to reproduce analyses for a manuscript submitted to Proceedings B. Run Part 1.Rmd first, then Part 2.Rmd. Part 1 generates intermediate CSV outputs used in Part 2, and includes Supplementary Figure 1. Part 2 generates Figures 2–3, Tables 1–2, and Supplementary Tables 1–2. Treatment labels in code: B124 = daytime treatment; B122 = nighttime treatment. A full file manifest and data dictionary are included in the README inside the ZIP.
